A finished practice site: opening hours, treatments, the team, contact. What a patient would see.
Open the website →Sign in with demo / demo. Change the Saturday opening hours, press Save, then reload the website and watch it update.
Open the admin panel →Ninety seconds is enough to know whether this is any use to you. Physiotherapy or chiropractic instead? Try that version.
The website, the panel and the price are the same wherever you are. What changes is where a patient’s message goes after they press send, because GDPR and HIPAA pull in opposite directions on exactly that point. We set this up for you; it is a question of where you practise, not a decision you have to make.
Practices outside these regions follow the first column unless their own rules say otherwise. Everything else is identical either way. The full reasoning →
No calling anyone, no waiting, no invoice for a typo.
Changed in about ten seconds, including late clinics, one-off closures and per-day notes.
Photos, roles, short biographies, which days each person works, and leave dates that expire on their own.
With optional prices, written however you say them: “from £34”, “NHS”, or nothing at all.
In GDPR territories, emailed to reception the moment it arrives, with a copy in the panel for 30 days. US practices get a portal handoff instead — see below.
For closures and announcements. Set an end date and it takes itself down.
Optional. Writing about what patients ask is the strongest thing you can do for local search.
Optional. Collect subscribers on your site and send through your own email account.
They are not sold separately. A website you cannot edit is the problem, not the product.
The introductory price is for the practices who take a chance on something new. It rises for the ones who come later, and it never rises for you: whatever you start on is what you keep paying, for as long as you stay subscribed.
We hand over every page as files that work on any host, along with all your content. Yours permanently, at no cost. You lose the admin panel and you lose us. Most website builders cannot say that, because with them you are renting the site itself.
Quoted before any work starts. None of it is needed to have a working site.

Deliberately. A second calendar outside your practice software is how a slot gets double-booked, and a missed appointment would stop being your problem and become ours.
The design is fixed. You pick your colour from six and upload your logo. That constraint is why it costs what it does and goes live in a day, rather than four times as much over two months.
We can point you at someone, or type in what you already have.
Not as a limitation. As the only honest way to sell a website to an American practice at this price.
Under HIPAA, anything a patient writes about a symptom is protected health information. A website vendor that stores or forwards it becomes a business associate, needing a signed agreement, and so does every company behind that vendor: the host, the mail provider, the backup service.
Plenty of website companies will sell you a contact form and never mention this. We would rather say it plainly: we are not set up to be your business associate, so we do not accept patient messages.
What we do instead:
What this means for timing. A UK practice is live within 24 hours. For a US practice we need one short conversation first, about where your enquiry button should point, so allow two to three working days. If you already have a patient portal it usually costs you nothing extra. If you do not, a HIPAA form service is roughly $50 to $100 a month, paid by you, to a vendor who signs your agreement.
We are a website company, not your compliance adviser, and none of this is legal advice. It is what we do and why, so you can check it with whoever advises you.
You do not need your content ready to start. Empty sections simply do not appear.
There is no checkout button, deliberately. At this price we would rather know who we are building for, and a two-line email is faster than a card form.
Not ready? Have another look at the demo, or ask us anything at support@lyfwis.com. We will not chase you.
